Where do you ship to?

We ship our DVD and Books to all over the world. Everything else only ships to the UK at the moment but this will change very soon. If your really interested in a particular product send us an email and we will be able to work something out.

Do Your DVDs work everywhere?

The Positive Shooting DVD is available for Region 1 (US + Canada) and Region 2 (UK and Western Europe). The Natural Shooting DVD is available as Region 1 (UK and Western Europe). When you put in your shipping address we will automatically send you the correct format. If you’re outside these regions you will still be able to watch our DVDs on a computer or on a region free DVD player. If your DVD does not work for some reason or you are not satisfied we are happy to ship you a new DVD or offer you a refund.

How much is shipping?

DVDs costs £2.99 for p+p worldwide. The DVDs are light and that enables us to keep postage costs down which is why the cost is the same for everyone. The p+p for a book varies depending where they are being sent. Shipping costs for book are £3.99 to the UK, £4.99 to Europe and £10.99 to the Rest of the World. Shipping costs for other items (which we currently only ship to the UK) is specified on each individual product. For some of them it's free.

Is my personal information safe?

Everything we do is through PayPal the largest online payment system. All your card and bank details are encrypted and stored securely by paypal. We secure your address and email details in a similarly secure location and we do not and we will never share your details with anyone.  

What happens if I’m not happy with my purchase?

Positive Shooting will be happy to refund you if you are not satisfied with your purchase providing you post back your order to us in an undamaged condition.
